Workshop #1 (Nov 2024)

Focused on regional strategies and initial stakeholder consultation. A day dedicated to open dialogue and public consultation with all stakeholders involved in managing contaminated sites. The event showcased the power of participatory governance in raising awareness about soil health and its threats. Through interactive sessions, we demonstrated how collective action can effectively support remediation efforts at both regional and local levels. WORKSHOP #2 - May 2025

Presented the TMA, shared best practices, and concluded with the formal signing of the agreement. uring the event, participants were introduced to the content and objectives of the Territorial Management Agreement (TMA), a key outcome of the CresConSMin pilot project. The session included the presentation of successful case studies and good practices for improving soil health in the Jiu Valley, illustrating practical approaches to restoring degraded post-mining landscapes. The event concluded with the official signing of the final TMA by key stakeholders, marking a significant step toward collaborative soil governance and long-term environmental recovery in the region.
